In the event that the item(s) you received has a major defect (refer to the examples provided below), we will be able to exchange it for the same non-damaged item. If the item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or you will be issued a full refund. Please get back to us within 3 working days from receiving your item(s) via this link if you discover that the item(s) you purchased has a manufacturing defect.
