As pre-orders are carried out for products that have not reached us, it will take some time for you to receive them. You can find the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for a particular product within the individual product page in the mobile app.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (eg. tariffs, taxes, etc.) falls on the responsibility of the customer.
